Many of our most successful Aquatics Professionals started with Guard For Life as Lifeguards. We are committed to the growth and development of all of our team members since our people are our most important asset.
 
To be a Lifeguard, you must:
<ul>
<li>
Be a minimum of 16 years old
</li>
<li>
Have or obtain Lifeguarding, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.
</li>
<li>
Physical requirements may include: Sitting, Standing, and Walking for extended periods of time at indoor and/or outdoor environments, ready and able to enter &amp; exit the pool unassisted at any time. You must also be able to carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs
</li>
<li>
Be comfortable in and around water and be a proficient swimmer
</li>
<li>
Have reliable transportation and attend in-service training as scheduled
</li>
