RESPONSIBILITIES
The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in person to clients at their home, apartment gym or outside while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities are as follows:

<li>Troubleshoot and solve issues: doors, locker issues, audio/visual equipment, unaccompanied children in adult areas, gym curtain placement, etc. </li>

Education and Experience:

Job Summary

Responsibilities

<li>Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a group of 10-21 boys ages 7- 11 years old. </li>
<li>Plan, implement, and facilitate age-appropriate curriculum, activities, and games for members</li>
<li>Provide guidance, problem-solving, facilitation, and behavior modification as needed</li>
<li>Participate in indoor and outdoor activities</li>
<li>Assist with daily set-up, daily clean up, and transportation</li>
<li>Ensure proper care of all area materials, organize room and report any misused or damaged materials to the Program Director </li>
<li>Use behavior management strategies to defuse inappropriate behavior and communicate behavior incidents with the Age Group Director and other necessary staff</li>
<li>Attend mandatory professional development trainings</li>

Qualifications

<li>Previous experience in youth development, education, or afterschool</li>

The Summer Camp Staff member will provide a supportive function for one of our Brooklyn, 2025, Summer Day Camps in the role of either an Assistant Group Leader or Group Leader
Reports to: Program Director
Location: One of our Various Brooklyn Program Sites
Hours: 35 Hours/Week; Monday - Friday; Summer (July and August); Non-Exempt
Salary: $16.50 / HR (Assistant Group Leaders)
$17.50 - $18.50 / HR (Group Leaders)
Major Duties:
1) Assistant Group Leader
<ul>
<li>Assist the Group Leader and Activity Instructors with activities, including sports, movement, and recreation, educational activities and arts and crafts.</li>
</ul>
2) Group Leader
<ul>
<li>Plan and facilitate integrated learning, recreational, arts and developmentally appropriate activities for youth.</li>
<li>Collaborate with and direct program aides.</li>
</ul>
3) All Staff
<ul>
<li>Complete required documentation.</li>
<li>Participate in training and staff development activities.</li>

Qualifications:
