POSITION SUMMARY:
 The Group and Day Camp Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of the Group and Day Camp at Camp Seven Hills. 
 
 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Works closely with the administrative team in developing the pre-camp training schedule.</li>
<li>Responsible for teaching specialized trainings during pre-camp.</li>
<li>Works with the administrative team to help build staff morale and growth by making himself/herself visible as a role model around camp.</li>
<li>Works as a team player.</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service to other staff members, campers, parents and visitors to camp.</li>
<li>Supervises and submits a written evaluation for the following direct reports: Unit Counselors &amp; Group Camp Lesion/s</li>
<li>Supervises the unit staff in assuring the implementation of the day camp planned activities, programs and themes are carried out successfully and assist them as needed.</li>

Our Hyper Wellness Representatives are the face of each Restore location and play an integral role in delivering a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities

<li>Greeting clients and assisting them with Restores wellness services</li>
<li>Helping clients over the phone, returning important voicemails, and facilitating the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process</li>
<li>Onboarding new clients - this involves completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system</li>
<li>Conducting tours and selling service packages and memberships</li>
<li>Educating clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care </li>
<li>Performing opening and closing procedures</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees.</li>
<li>Serve as an expert on Restore products and services.</li>
<li>Represent the brand by embodying Restores core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness lifestyle.</li>
<li>Create a fun and engaging store culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued, and recognized for his/her contributions.</li>

 Qualifications

<li>Youre passionate about health and wellness</li>
<li>You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment. Hot tip - While Restore is technically a retail operation, we dont have a retail vibe.</li>

<li>You either hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field</li>

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in person to clients at their home, apartment gym or outside while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities are as follows:

<li>Customize client workout programs developed from the Initial Assessment</li>
<li>Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming &amp; session notes</li>
<li>Demonstrate each exercise and ensure client is performing correctly with or without modifications</li>
<li>Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks</li>
<li>Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software</li>
<li>Able to provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments</li>
<li>Able to commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutes</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.</li>
<li>CPR/AED Certification: Ensure clients' safety with up-to-date CPR/AED training.</li>
<li>Education and experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1-3 years of personal training experience.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and technically.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable in nutrition: Possess a basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.</li>
<li>Fitness expertise: Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and personal training methods.</li>
<li>Physical ability: Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. and performing athletic calisthenics duties.</li>
<li>Requirements for this position include the possession of personal basic training equipment to effectively assist clients in achieving their goals. It is important to note that clients may not always have access to the necessary equipment.</li>
