RESPONSIBILITIES
The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in person to clients at their home, apartment gym or outside while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities are as follows:

<li>Acknowledge and greet all members and guests, provide instruction on proper cart handling and loading of clubs onto golf carts as needed</li>
<li>Maintain golf cart fleet by performing duties including: washing or detailing the carts daily, stocking cart amenities (pencils, scorecards, tees, cooler, etc.), removing trash after each use, ensuring proper fuel or power to carts, inspecting each cart for mechanical problems as it is to be taken out, counting and securing all carts at closing, reporting all mechanical problems (including brakes, tires, bag straps, steering, etc.) to a supervisor</li>
<li>Maintain the range in proper condition by performing duties including: ensuring an adequate level of range balls, collecting, cleaning or delivering balls, rotation of mats, ensuring functioning of lighting equipment, tee alignment, maintaining clean water in club cleaner and ball washer, trash removal, ensuring proper fuel and oil levels for tractor, greasing fittings, perimeter Golf ball picking, culling of cracked or damaged range balls</li>
<li>Provide customer service by fielding member or guest concerns and directing them to a supervisor</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance on carts such as: changing flat tires, changing spark plugs, etc</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance on range environment such as: changing or filling water in coolers on the course, emptying trash cans in work area, parking lot and clubhouse</li>
<li>Ensure continuity of customer service by training other cart attendants as requested</li>
<li>Implement and support all American Golf initiatives and programs as requested by management</li>
<li>Other duties may be assigned by management</li>

The Summer Camp Staff member will provide a supportive function for one of our Brooklyn, 2025, Summer Day Camps in the role of either an Assistant Group Leader or Group Leader
Reports to: Program Director
Location: One of our Various Brooklyn Program Sites
Hours: 35 Hours/Week; Monday - Friday; Summer (July and August); Non-Exempt
Salary: $16.50 / HR (Assistant Group Leaders)
$17.50 - $18.50 / HR (Group Leaders)
Major Duties:
1) Assistant Group Leader
<ul>
<li>Assist the Group Leader and Activity Instructors with activities, including sports, movement, and recreation, educational activities and arts and crafts.</li>
</ul>
2) Group Leader
<ul>
<li>Plan and facilitate integrated learning, recreational, arts and developmentally appropriate activities for youth.</li>
<li>Collaborate with and direct program aides.</li>
</ul>
3) All Staff
<ul>
<li>Complete required documentation.</li>
<li>Participate in training and staff development activities.</li>
<li>Demonstrate effective classroom management skills.</li>
<li>Ensure a safe and engaging group environment.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Minimum High School Diploma / GED Preferred for Assistant Group Leaders,</li>

<li>Must be at least 18 years old.</li>
<li>Experience working with youth. At least 2 years required for Group Leaders.</li>

<li>Ability to complete medical and DOHMH/DOE clearances and fingerprints.</li>
<li>Ability to work from the beginning to the end of Camp, Early July until Mid August (the exact end date depends on the assigned camp site)</li>
<li>Must have a commitment to work from a strength-based and/or youth development perspective.</li>
