About the Role:
We are seeking energetic Lifeguards to ensure the safety of our guests in the lake. The Lifeguard will monitor activities in the lake area such as the aqua park, board rentals, and bumper boats to prevent accidents and provide assistance to swimmers.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Supervising lake activities at the facility and ensuring that policies, guidelines, and safety procedures are followed.</li>
<li>Warning swimmers of improper activities or danger and enforcing facility regulations and water safety policies.</li>
<li>Administering first aid in the event of injury, rescuing swimmers in distress or danger of drowning, and administering CPR and/or artificial respiration, if necessary.</li>
<li>Evaluating conditions for safety and initiating aquatics emergency action plan as required.</li>
<li>Inspecting&nbsp;equipment&nbsp;and water to ensure that they are safe, clean, inflated and usable.</li>

Withyou Coaches, Inc. is hiring phlebotomists, EMTs, medical assistants, dental assistants, hygienists, pre-med students, and other qualified candidates to conduct in home, in person patient surveys. Assessments are available in every county of New York State.
We are openly interviewing for Qualified Candidates out of the following Counties. These include Warren, Washington, Saratoga, Fulton Montgomery, Schenectady &amp; Rensselaer Counties. 
SCOPE OF WORK:
You will be conducting a survey and gathering information on behalf of a medical provider. You will be expected to be onsite and in patients home, and in- person to conduct a 30 minute survey. Screenings consist of or all three of the following: dental screening, hearing screening, and/or vision screening.
Techs will be given access to appointment manager software that will provide patient information to assist in scheduling patients. Techs will be responsible for coordinating patient visits. We will work with our assessors to facilitate proper time management, by assuring that we keep them within their selected counties.
Fee for service.
At Withyou Coaches, Inc. you are an independent contractor and will receive a 1099. We pay per patient. Compensation for the 30 minute screening is $40-$70 depending on how many tests are administrated.
