About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic, patient, and energetic Preschool Gymnastics Coaches to introduce children ages 18 months–5 years to the fundamentals of movement and gymnastics in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with young children and understands that confidence, coordination, and joy come first.

What You’ll Do
- Lead age-appropriate gymnastics classes for preschool-aged children
- Create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment
- Teach basic gymnastics skills (balance, rolling, jumping, coordination) through play-based instruction
- Encourage confidence, listening skills, and motor development
- Communicate clearly and positively with children and parents
- Set up and break down equipment before and after classes
- Follow all safety guidelines and facility procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with young children (gymnastics, dance, sports, education, childcare, or similar)
- High energy, patience, and a positive attitude
- Ability to manage small groups of children in a structured but fun way
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Gymnastics, dance, or movement background
- Early childhood education or child development experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
