<li>Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants</li>
<li>Move heavy equipment and furniture</li>
<li>Identify and report possible repairs to supervisors</li>
<li>Fix minor plumbing leaks</li>
<li>Shovel snow from sidewalks and sprinkle salt on surface</li>
<li>Take stock of cleaning and sanitizing supplies</li>
<li>Clean parking areas and walkways and remove any hazardous materials and debris</li>
<li>Remove snow from sidewalks and parking areas</li>
<li>Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas, using snow blowers, and snow shovels, and spread snow melting chemicals</li>
