Eastern Staffing and Recruiting is currently seeking a part-time Custodian at a school district in Broome County. The custodian is responsible for various tasks, including but not limited to: cleaning, sweeping, dusting, and maintaining interior and exterior grounds for the district.
This is a part-time, contract-to-hire position, with a Monday-Friday 12 PM- 4 PM schedule with additional hours required based on the needs of the district.
Responsibilities:
- Sanitizing the facility
- Wiping down services
- Cleaning classrooms
- Taking out the garbage
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Other duties as requested
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous custodian/janitor/cleaning experience preferred but not required.
The estimated hourly salary range for this position is $16-16.50/hr, though a candidate's salary will be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
