SUMMARY
Under general direction, is responsible for maintaining the daily operation of the residence including staff schedules, physical plant, general upkeep, residential finances, supplies and equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements. This is a management position and is responsible for supervising staff assigned to the residence(s).
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of the Residence Manager will include, but are not limited to the following:
<ul>
<li>Works closely with Interdisciplinary Clinical team to coordinate treatment plans for the people we support.</li>
<li>Ensures that all measures for safety and well-being are maintained at highest level.</li>
<li>Schedules staff to provide adequate coverage for regular workdays, holidays, vacations, leaves, medical appointments and trips.</li>
<li>Schedules staff to participate in in-service training, interdisciplinary team meetings and staff meetings.</li>
<li>Assists with hiring of subordinate staff. Orients, trains, evaluates and recommends disciplining of subordinate staff.</li>
<li>Responds to program and work-related questions, problems, complaints from staff.</li>
<li>Makes weekly environmental rounds from which work requests are generated. Arranges for maintenance of physical plant and equipment, including van.</li>
<li>Oversees fire safety systems, including smoke detectors, sprinkler heads, alarm bells, emergency lights, and documents inspections quarterly.</li>
<li>Handles supply inventories of household, food, office supplies, clothing and personal items.</li>
<li>Responds to crisis situations and medical emergencies, including accidents by taking quick and decisive action.</li>
<li>Ensures actions are conducted in a manner that prevents abuse.</li>
<li>Administers appropriate first aid based on visible symptoms and resident history in accordance with established guidelines and accepted first aid practices.</li>

<li>Works with appropriate clinical or program staff and community agency staff to identify and maintain placement in day programs, workshops, school programs, etc. which are in community and are required in the life plan of the people we support.</li>
<li>Acts on behalf of the people we support at schools or school boards, health clinics, local businesses, employers, transportations, providers, social groups, neighbors, etc. in order to ensure fair and appropriate consideration.</li>
<li>Provides or arranges for transportation of the people we support to and from recreational or social programs, work, school, etc. as required.</li>
<li>Ensures acquisition and maintenance of adaptive equipment in conjunction with Residential Director.</li>
<li>Attends to personal hygiene needs of the people we support, i.e. toileting, bathing and dressing as situation warrants.</li>
<li>Makes purchases of program equipment, clothing and supplies, in accordance with agency purchasing policies.</li>
<li>Dispenses medications to the people we support. Administers appropriate first aid based on visible symptoms and medical history in accordance with guidelines and accepted first aid practices.</li>
<li>Prepares various concise written reports and maintains all required records.</li>
<li>Assists the people we support with financial transactions at banks, preparing deposit and withdrawal slips, and maintaining financial ledgers for all transactions.</li>
<li>Prepares and submits payroll for residential staff.</li>
<li>Maintains petty cash records and records all purchases.</li>
<li>Consults with nurse to ensure proper handling of all medications for the people we support.</li>

Summary:
Ivybrooke Crossings Apartments is looking for a service minded maintenance professional to undertake the responsibility of upgrading &amp; preserving the good condition and functionality of our 112-unit residential apartment community.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Prepare units for occupancy.</li>
<li>Complete make ready work and general work orders</li>
<li>Perform maintenance of general maintenance including the areas of; electrical, HVAC, &amp; Plumbing</li>
<li>Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)</li>
<li>Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) and pool maintenance</li>
<li>Complete daily paperwork</li>
<li>On call responsibilities as assigned by property manager</li>
</ul>
Skills:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as maintenance technician</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, &amp; HVAC.</li>
<li>General knowledge of maintenance duties</li>
<li>Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices</li>
<li>Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills</li>

Job Description
As an Armed Driver Guard, you work with your team to ensure the safe and secure pickup and delivery of cash, coin, and valuables. 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Drive automatic armored vehicles and other vehicles on designated routes servicing customer locations</li>
<li>Service ATMs and Smart Safes</li>
<li>Service customer stops, including delivering customer change orders and picking up deposits.</li>
<li>Load/unload vehicle cargo including multiple bags and boxes of coins</li>
<li>Count items, record, and sign for cargo items</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by management </li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>At least 21 years of age</li>
<li>At least a 3 year driving record</li>
<li>Ability to obtain Medical Examiners Certificate via US Department of Transportation approved medical examiners</li>
<li>A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms requirements per the state to which you are applying is required. </li>
</ul>
**Loomis will pay for security and firearms qualifications, licensing and permitting. 
Working Conditions
<ul>
<li>Full-time schedule potentially consisting of an average 40 to 50 hours/week, with minimum of 5 days during a 6-day period. Occasional weekend work</li>
<li>Approximately 90-95 percent of work performed in air-conditioned vehicle within individual compartments (front and rear) </li>

Essential Duties/Job Qualifications As part of the qualification process for the Armed Driver Guard position, a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) is required. This evaluation requires successful completion of testing in the following areas: Lift: - 25lbs vertical lift from 10 inches to 66 inches from the floor (1X) Lift-Carry: - 18lbs vertical lift from 1 inch to 44 inches from the floor, and horizontally transfer 15ft (4X) - 18lbs vertical lift from 10 inches to 36 inches from the floor and horizontally transfer 300ft (1X) - 50lbs vertical lift from 10 inches to 36 inches from the floor and horizontally transfer 2ft (2X) Push-Pull: - Horizontally transfer 47lbs of force on a sled (single, non-dominant arm), a distance of 1ft (2X) Repetitive Coupling: - Squeeze Jamar Hand Dynamometer requiring forces up to 30lbs / both right &amp; left hands (4X) Climb: - Ascend / Descend a step with heights of 16. 21 &amp; 24 inches from the floor (10X)
