<li>On-going monitoring of department expenses. </li>
</ul>

<li>Must be available at all times, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays. </li>
<li>Complete and maintain policies and procedures. </li>
<li>May be exposed to and responsible for the clean-up of hazardous drugs. </li>
<li>Attends OSHA training upon initial employee orientation and annually completes an OSHA competency. </li>

Requirements:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3-5 years management experience, construction background preferred</li>
<li>Strong leadership and supervisory skills </li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff</li>
<li>Proficiency in computer systems for inventory management and reporting</li>
<li>Understanding of healthcare regulations and safety standards </li>
</ul>
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. 
· Must be able to lift, carry, turn right or left with at least 50 lbs. 
· Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate equipment needed for the upkeep of the facilities.
· Must have a good driving history with a valid New York State driver’s license.
