What you'll do
 Strategic Learning Leadership 
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute a comprehensive L&amp;D strategy aligned with organizational goals, workforce needs, and future capabilities</li>
<li>Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on learning, leadership development, and performance enablement</li>
<li>Champion a culture of continuous learning and capability building across all levels of the organization</li>
</ul>

Program Design, Facilitation &amp; Delivery 
<ul>
<li>Lead the design and facilitation of scalable learning programs, including onboarding, technical training, DEI, compliance, and leadership development</li>
<li>Conduct learning needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities</li>
<li>Oversee blended learning experiences using modern platforms and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)</li>
</ul>

Learning Analytics &amp; Impact Measurement 
<ul>
<li>Define and track KPIs to measure learning effectiveness, engagement, and business impact</li>
<li>Leverage data and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to inform decision-making and optimize program ROI</li>
<li>Partner with People Analytics to ensure alignment with broader HR metrics and reporting</li>
</ul>

Integration with Talent &amp; Performance Management 
<ul>
<li>Align L&amp;D initiatives with performance management systems (e.g., Lattice) and succession planning frameworks</li>
<li>Support talent reviews, assessments, and the use of tools such as the 9-box model to identify and develop high-potential talent</li>
<li>Collaborate with HR Business Partners to embed learning into career development and performance processes</li>
</ul>

Team Leadership &amp; Stakeholder Engagement
<ul>
<li> Lead and develop a high-performing L&amp;D team and manage external training partners</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to co-create learning solutions that meet business needs</li>
<li>Communicate with clarity and influence across all levels, demonstrating executive presence and strategic thinking</li>
</ul>

The salary range for this position is $130K-$140K per year, with the opportunity to receive an annual performance bonus, as well as participation in our deferred bonus programs.
