Required Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>High School Diploma/GED (or higher)

</li>
<li>1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience

</li>
<li>Ability to cover other offices if needed

</li>
<li>Ability to work a 37.5-hour week to include Saturdays

</li>

Preferred Qualifications:

<li>1+ years of experience working in medical front office position performing duties such as scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, insurance verification, collecting co-pays, and maintaining medical records

<li>Experience working with an electronic health record (EPIC)

</li>
<li>Knowledge of medical terminology

</li>
<li>Knowledge of insurance carriers and managed care plans &nbsp;

</li>
<li>Beginner level of computer proficiency (multi-tasking through multiple applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word)

</li>
</ul>

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.&nbsp;
