Job Details
 Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li> Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of securitization and structured finance transactions, including asset-backed securities, collateralized loan obligations, and other structured products.</li>
<li> Advise on legal and regulatory issues related to securitization and asset-based finance, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.</li>
<li> Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, risk management, and operations, to structure transactions and mitigate risk.</li>
<li> Provide legal advice and guidance on the structuring and execution of securitization transactions, including the preparation and review of transaction documents.</li>
<li> Develop and implement legal strategies and procedures related to securitization and asset-based finance.</li>
<li> Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting securitization and asset-based finance, and advise management on potential impacts and recommended actions.</li>
<li> Manage external counsel and other advisors to ensure effective and efficient support for securitization transactions.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li> Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.</li>
<li> Must be a member in good standing of a state bar.</li>
<li> Minimum of 3-6 years of experience as a securitization attorney, with a strong focus on asset-based finance.</li>
<li> Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex securitization and structured finance transactions.</li>
<li> In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations related to securitization and asset-based finance.</li>
<li> Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li>
<li> Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to effectively manage complex transactions.</li>
<li> Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li> Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li> High degree of professional ethics and integrity.</li>
