 QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from accredited law school. Excellent academic credentials required.</li>

<li>Experience at an ISO, public utility, energy marketing company or a legal position at the Public Service Commission (PSC); or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.</li>

 Job Details: We are currently seeking a Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of complex real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, agreements, corporate securities, and financing. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and services to ensure the organization is operating within the law at all times. Responsibilities:

<li> Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of complex real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and financing agreements.</li>
<li> Provide legal advice on a wide range of real estate matters, including property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.</li>
<li> Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various real estate issues and prepare legal memorandums, as needed.</li>
<li> Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to ensure all transactions are carried out in compliance with the law and company policies.</li>
<li> Assist in the preparation and review of corporate securities documents.</li>
<li> Advise on real estate financing structures and negotiate financing documents.</li>

 Qualifications:
