Responsibilities:

<li>Within the Legal Counsel Team manage incoming calls</li>
<li>Identify and assess customer's legal issue and document our proprietary software</li>
<li>Review documents on behalf of clients</li>
<li>Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law</li>
<li>Go the extra mile to engage customers and build a telephone relationship</li>
</ul>
 Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Juris Doctor Degree plus NY state bar admission (prior to 2016)</li>
<li>Experience preferably in Family Law, Landlord/Tenant, Employment, Collections, as well as Intellectual Property. </li>
<li>Excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills</li>
<li>Strong customer service and personal service orientation</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with clients and work in a collaborative atmosphere</li>
<li>Ability to ask pertinent questions, actively listen to answers and synthesize information in order to formulate advice based on sound judgement and strong knowledge of the law and legal precedence</li>
