<li> Advise on real estate financing structures and negotiate financing documents.</li>
<li> Coordinate and manage outside legal counsel on real estate matters, as necessary.</li>
<li> Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends that may impact the company's real estate transactions.</li>

 Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li> Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.</li>
<li> Must be a member in good standing with a state Bar.</li>
<li> Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactional matters.</li>
<li> Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate agreements.</li>
<li> Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to real estate transactions, corporate securities, and financing.</li>
<li> Excellent legal research and writing skills.</li>
<li> Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li>
<li> Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.</li>
<li> Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.</li>
<li> Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.</li>
<li> Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</li>
