We are looking for a professional Nurse Practitioner who can deliver primary medical care to a wide variety of patients. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for caring for patients as well as maintaining accurate and current patient records. To be a successful Nurse Practitioner at Chai Care you must be able to work in a team with our nurses and physicians. One of our main goals is to deliver premium care to every patient.
Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations</li>
<li>Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment</li>
<li>Analyze test data and determine the need for follow up appointments and further treatment options</li>
<li>Deliver quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity</li>
<li>Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information, counseling and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions</li>
</ul>
Job Type: Full-time
Location: 2 Suffern Lane, Garnerville, NY 10923 
Shift: 8AM to 8PM
Pay: $75.00 - $95.00 per hour

Job Description
Lighthouse is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team of professionals. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.&nbsp;
As you build a relationship with children and their families, your work will directly contribute to their growth, development, and improved quality of life. Salary Range: $25 - $28 per hour.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a Behavior Technician at Lighthouse will include the following:

Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children, following individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
</li>
<li>
Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive and structured environment.
</li>
<li>
Foster a positive and engaging therapeutic relationship with clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
</li>
<li>
Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team members to review progress, address concerns, and modify treatment plans as necessary.
</li>
<li>
Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers, providing updates on therapy goals, progress, and strategies for generalization of skills to the home setting.
</li>
<li>
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions, including progress notes and data collection.
</li>
<li>
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in ABA therapy.
