Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position involves providing skilled physical therapy services to homeschool students within a K-12 setting, requiring a professional who can travel to students' homes around Lockport, NY. The role is contract-based for the current school year and offers four sessions per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy treatments tailored to the individual needs of homeschool students.
• Coordinate therapy sessions in students homes, ensuring a supportive and effective environment.
• Collaborate with families and educational staff to monitor student progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation of sessions and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience working in school-based settings or homecare environments.
