StaffBuffalo is hiring a full-time Construction Site Superintendent for a well-established construction company based in the Buffalo, NY area. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader with a background in construction management or heavy civil construction who's ready to take charge of daily field operations. <li>Working knowledge of the principles of architectural design, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems (MEP), and knowledge of construction industry practices and procedures.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to interpret construction documents and possess an understanding of applicable construction codes.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be able to make decisions rapidly and under pressure.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong proficiency with MS Office and/or other construction software is required.&nbsp;</li>
<li>OSHA 30 certification.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to lead, collaborate and interact effectively with a range of other project participants including architects, engineers, specialty consultants, contractors, and the Client.&nbsp;</li>
