The Senior Vice President, in partnership with the COO and the senior leadership team, will be responsible for the operations of outpatient, In-home therapy, and other programs in NY and other states. The Senior Vice President is responsible for the effective management of services including oversight of quality, compliance, outcomes, staffing safety, service delivery and financial performance. The Senior Vice President will create and implement a region-wide behavioral health system across the continuum of care and have oversight and management responsibilities over behavioral health operations. In 2022, the Philippines received $38bn in remittances and is the 4th largest recipient in the world. Starting with the US, your role will be to grow this nascent part of our business into a major revenue driver.
You will be working alongside our Head of Growth and Growth Team to deploy our marketing budget effectively and efficiently to drive growth. From community events to paid advertising to sponsorship deals, you will have the autonomy to develop strategy, execute, and deliver results.
🎯 Your Responsibilities in this Role

<li>Develop and execute growth initiatives that align with overall business goals.</li>
<li>Manage an experiment or program of work end to end, from ideation to execution and analysis.</li>
<li>Proactively check KPIs and metrics to critically assess performance against key objectives and drive tangible impact on business growth.</li>
<li>Calculate risks and assess opportunities from multiple angles, including commercials.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate, including project updates and customer problems, with timely and clear communication to brand ambassadors and customers.</li>
<li>Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform growth strategies, measure performance, and optimize tactics.</li>
<li>Think outside the box, come up with creative solutions, and leverage available resources effectively.</li>
<li>Identify and champion key customer pain points and challenges, documenting and presenting them to the business in an actionable way.</li>
<li>Build strong and meaningful connections within the diaspora community, leveraging these relationships to drive growth initiatives and expand our reach.</li>
