DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;

Job Summary&nbsp;
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Membership Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform in support of membership operations and accounts receivable processes. This role plays a critical part in enhancing member engagement, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment tracking. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce administration skills with financial operations experience to drive both technical efficiency and exceptional member service.&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities&nbsp;

Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and security.&nbsp;

Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.&nbsp;

Oversee invoicing and accounts receivable, including coordination with accounts payable teams and third-party payment portals (Ariba, Coupa, etc.).&nbsp;

Required Qualifications&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a membership-based or service-driven organization.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, including Reports &amp; Dashboards, Security &amp; Sharing settings, and process automation.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Familiarity with data migration tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard) and third-party integrations (e.g., marketing automation).&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Basic understanding of APIs and Apex triggers is a plus.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>

TEAM &amp; DEPARTMENT
Guest Experience Team Members make an impact everyday through our front-of-house operations and make up a large portion of our total team population. In this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from multiple levels of the organization while being the main point of contact for our guests. The Guest Experience Team Member reports to Guest Experience Management including the Assistant Manager and General Manager of each Restaurant.
One of the initial entry points for our restaurant teams, the Guest Experience Team Member is the perfect knowledge incubator. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;
