What We're Looking For:

<li>7+ years of engineering experience, including technical ownership of production systems and business-critical software. </li>
<li>2+ years of people leadership experience, with a track record of hiring and developing high-performing teams. </li>
<li>Strong technical background in backend, infrastructure, APIs, or data systems (Java, C++, Python, or similar). </li>
<li>Proven ability to drive execution, define clear success metrics, and solve complex problems with data and rigor. </li>
<li>Skilled in managing ambiguity, prioritizing ruthlessly, and delivering under tight timelines. </li>
<li>Comfortable giving and receiving candid feedback, and modeling it for others. </li>

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub's total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.

Field Service Technician/ Desktop Support - 9-10 month contract

<li>Includes some overnight travel</li>
<li>Must have printer experience</li>
<li>Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.</li>
<li>Responsible for performing on-site servicing and repair of major OEM laptops, desktops, POS, and printers.</li>
<li>Familiarity of POS (Point of Sales) systems for Retail stores (Windows based registers)</li>
<li>Break/Fix at component level– Desktops; Laptops; printers</li>
<li>Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.</li>
<li>Imaging and image recovery</li>
<li>Provides technical support in activities associated with the identification, prioritization and resolution of reported problems.</li>
<li>Install / Re-install various software packages and updates</li>
