The Innovation Team focuses on delivering scalable platform services within AWS Cloud to support enterprise-wide digital initiatives. The team partners with business units to enable seamless access to the BI platform hosted in AWS, ensuring data-driven decision making. It also leads proof-of-concept (POC) efforts to evaluate and demonstrate emerging AWS services, helping accelerate cloud adoption and innovation across the organization.
About TCH O&amp;T Summer Internship Program: 
TCH O&amp;T Summer Internship Program is an 8-week experience for rising college juniors and seniors interested in the field of computer science and engineering. Interns will be located in either New York City or Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Over the course of the 8-week program, interns will have the opportunity to learn about the payments industry, as well as the role of TCH in the industry, and the platforms, technologies and applications developed and supported by O&amp;T. While working within one of our core O&amp;T departments, each intern is assigned a hands-on project, which culminates in a presentation to O&amp;T senior leadership. Opportunities for the 2025 Summer Internship Program will have a focus on, but not limited to, the following capabilities:

<li>Data Science, business intelligence, payment analytics, cloud engineering, proof-of-concept programming</li>
<li>Platform engineering and systems infrastructure support, automation, operating system support, system access, tooling</li>

Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required:

<li>Currently enrolled, rising junior or senior, pursuing a B.S. degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or equivalent degree/major with a 3.0 GPA or higher</li>
<li>Experience working with one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, SQL, C++; experience with Microsoft Office Suite also required</li>
<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Must be 18 years or older</li>

Overview We are seeking a versatile Field Services Technician who combines Tier 1/2 IT support skills with strong hands-on experience in structured cabling and onsite technology installations. This role involves a mix of technical troubleshooting, physical installation work, and customer-facing service across New York City and the greater NYC metropolitan area.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform cable runs (Cat6, coax, snake cable) including punch-downs, keystone terminations, patch panels, toning, and labeling.</li>
<li>Terminate and test Cat6 cabling; fiber termination experience is a strong plus.</li>
<li>Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.</li>
<li>Handle onsite hardware tasks such as device setup, office reconfigurations, and equipment relocations.</li>
<li>Mount and install office and AV equipment (TVs, cameras, speakers, etc.).</li>
<li>Provide support for copier/printer installation and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Deliver desktop and end-user support including hardware issues, printer/copier setup, and basic Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Ensure professional, timely customer service during onsite visits in NYC and regional client sites.</li>

Qualifications

<li>2+ years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or field services role.</li>
<li>Proven ability in structured cabling installation, termination, and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Familiarity with network equipment installation and configuration.</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop hardware, networking, and peripherals.</li>
<li>Basic Microsoft 365 administration ability (account setup, password resets, Outlook issues).</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain high attention to detail.</li>
<li>Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds, working on ladders, and performing manual installation work.</li>
<li>Ability to travel throughout New York City and the greater NYC metropolitan area for onsite assignments.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license required for regional travel.</li>
</ul>
