JOB OVERVIEW:
Drives bus or other revenue service vehicle to transport customers over specified routes to local points according to a time schedule. Pick up customers in response to radio or telephone relayed requests for service or on a pre-arranged schedule. Will assist customers with boarding and debarking the vehicle. Records activities on trip log, and reports malfunctions. Inspects vehicle before departure.
HOURLY RATE:$19.00per hour; (part-time; approximately 25-29 hours per week), Full-Time position also available.
QUALIFICATIONS:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS &amp; WORK ENVIRONMENT:

May also involve lifting (up to 10 pounds), carrying (up to 10 pounds), pushing and/or pulling (up to 150 pounds) materials and/or equipment. Ninety-five percent of time is spent inside and 5% of time is spent outside exposing employee to natural environmental conditions. Employee is exposed to fumes, noise (bus), vibration (seat), hazards, and motorized vehicles.
Bus Operators must be able to maintain composure and professionalism while interacting with a diverse population of passengers, including in situations that may involve conflict, stressful conditions, or challenging customer interactions.

Security Officers are part of the public-facing team and are principally responsible for the safety and security of our visitors and staff. Security Officers contribute to the overall protection of art and aim to prevent any serious art incident.
Security Officers provide security service in the lobby, in the galleries, at the staff entrance, in central and at our art storage facility. On occasion they may be asked to work in locations different from those listed. They assist with the management of visitors.
Reports to Assistant Head Security Officer, Head Security Officer, Security Supervisor, Security Manager, Director of Security.
As part of the Visitor Experience team, Security Officers create a positive environment for the general public and museum members.

Requirements:&nbsp; 8 and 16 hour New York State Certification; promptness; strong customer service skills; ability to stand for long periods and a neat appearance; fire Security Officer experience is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 
In conjunction with the Partner Support Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
1. Order Coordination:
<ul>
<li>Performs and coordinates data entry and related tasks for online, telephone and email </li>
<li>Adheres to deadlines and proper procedures for order </li>
<li>Finalizes orders daily and prepares schedules for </li>
<li>Assists with maintaining delivery and distribution </li>
<li>Identifies opportunities to improve internal </li>
</ul>
2. Training:
<ul>
<li>Provides training and navigation for the order process and/or online</li>
<li>Identifies agencies for additional support or </li>
<li>Assists in developing and maintaining internal procedures/training materials for the order </li>
</ul>
3. Customer Service/Technical Support
 
<ul>
<li>Assists agencies with inquiries; refers agencies to proper staff members as </li>
<li>Provides technical support and navigation for Primarius Web Windows in a friendly and timely </li>
<li>Troubleshoots and provides issue resolution for agencies; effectively communicates issues to all necessary parties.</li>
</ul>

<li>Works independently and collaboratively in a team environment and with other employees and </li>

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
SUMMARY:
Food Runner is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while delivering the requested food items correct to specification, at the proper temperature and in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Providing personalized service to all guests.</li>
<li>Taking inventory of food, beverages and supplies for each day. Ordering or purchasing food supplies.</li>
<li>Efficiently delivery food items.</li>
<li>Accurately and effectively communicates guest food orders ensuring flawless execution to appropriate colleagues.</li>
<li>Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated.</li>

Requirements:
