Job Title: Agency Order Coordinator


Supervisor: Partner Support Manager


Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Status: Full-time - Non-Exempt


Qualifications:

  • Preferred Associate's degree or a minimum of two years' experience in a customer service-related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong writing, speaking, analytical, and organizational
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with partner agencies and staff.

Position Summary: Responsible for the coordination of orders from the Food Bank's network.

Physical Requirements: This position works in a typical office setting but may be exposed to extreme temperatures in a warehouse setting. There may be extended periods of sitting, standing and/or bending, listening, talking and/or visual concentration, writing, and/or computer use. This position would generally have routine opportunities for the employee to be able to alter their physical position or change eye focus. Lifting should not normally exceed 30 pounds.


Duties and Responsibilities:


In conjunction with the Partner Support Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

1. Order Coordination:

  • Performs and coordinates data entry and related tasks for online, telephone and email
  • Adheres to deadlines and proper procedures for order
  • Finalizes orders daily and prepares schedules for
  • Assists with maintaining delivery and distribution
  • Identifies opportunities to improve internal

2. Training:

  • Provides training and navigation for the order process and/or online
  • Identifies agencies for additional support or
  • Assists in developing and maintaining internal procedures/training materials for the order

3. Customer Service/Technical Support


  • Assists agencies with inquiries; refers agencies to proper staff members as
  • Provides technical support and navigation for Primarius Web Windows in a friendly and timely
  • Troubleshoots and provides issue resolution for agencies; effectively communicates issues to all necessary parties.

  • Works independently and collaboratively in a team environment and with other employees and
  • Develops and maintains a deep understanding of our employees and the culture in support of the Food Bank's mission.
