Job Description 
NBC News Digital is seeking an Sr. Analyst, Audience Growth to help drive incremental revenue and value to audiences across NBC News. This role will work under the Audience team and will be responsible for NBC News’ commerce brands, Shop TODAY and NBC Select — driving audience monetization through paid media strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of the affiliate commerce space, a high level of curiosity, and a desire to test new initiatives with little or no historical data. The ability to partner cross-functionally, innovate, and pivot in a high-performing team is a must.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Own paid media performance tracking in partnership with external vendors</li>
<li>Ability Own in-house affiliate and branded partnerships paid media campaigns</li>
<li>Support Audience team in technical integrations, including CRM, CAPI (Meta/Google), CDP (e.g. mParticle), MMP (e.g. Kochava), etc.</li>
<li>Manage paid media operations, including internal/external stakeholder management, reporting, content analysis, and ad creative quality assurance</li>
<li>Partner with manager on managing and optimizing a robust paid media budget</li>
<li>Foster strong relationships and trust across the Commerce and Digital team key stakeholders, including Editorial, Partnerships, Product, and Analytics</li>
<li>Partner with Commerce Editorial and Commerce Partnerships teams to operationalize campaigns that drive a positive ROI</li>
<li>Track and submit invoices from vendors</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>3+ years of work experience in digital performance marketing or similar roles, ideally with a commerce publisher</li>
<li>Experience working within Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads</li>
<li>Strong quantitative skills, including paid media forecasting and analysis</li>
<li>Understanding of affiliate marketing and e-commerce metrics</li>
<li>Ability to pivot and operate effectively in cross-functional organizations</li>
<li>Has their finger on the pulse across the commerce and media industry</li>
<li>Experience using AI in an enterprise environment is a plus</li>

Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Job Description 
The NBC Local division is charged with creating valuable and engaging content across multiple platforms (broadcast, online, mobile, and emerging digital platforms) for local audiences in 10 NBC and 24 Telemundo markets and for 3 Regional Sports Networks. The local websites, mobile products and social media platforms cover essential local news, national news, entertainment and features of high audience interest. Our central digital news desk provides national news, assistance with local news, and product and technical guidance to the local markets, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative multiplatform editor who speaks and writes in both English and Spanish fluently. This person will write, edit, publish and curate digital content of national interest for our digital platforms during the overnight shift.
The multiplatform editor will be part of a team of national producers that works closely with digital teams at local stations. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses great people skills; can write clean, compelling and creative content; possess excellent news judgment; and is a self-starter who does well under pressure.
The editor must have excellent communication skills to build relationships in remote environments as this role must actively and consistently communicate with the digital teams at the local stations.
A bilingual writing test is part of the application process.
