Position Summary: We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional demeanor</li>
<li>Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using the property management system</li>
<li>Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in person, by phone, or via email</li>
<li>Process payments accurately and manage cash, credit card, and room charge transactions</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience</li>
<li>Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel reservation systems is a plus</li>
<li>Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>
