Essential Duties of Teacher Aide

The Director of Early Childhood Education is responsible for overall administration and supervision of day care services to families and children of the United Community Center. The director must have significant experience in early childhood education and the ability to oversee and manage a diverse high-quality education program. The Director of Early Childhood Education reports to the Division Director and is a member of UCC’s senior management team. They must be a strong, hands-on manager, with the ability to manage approximately 25 employees.
 
Responsibilities include:
● Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Early Childhood Education program.
