Bradford Construction currently has an opportunity for an experienced Estimator with one of our clients, a NYC Public Agency.
Roles &amp; Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with a diverse range of technical, professional, and managerial staff—as well as designers, consultants, and contractors—to coordinate and develop comprehensive cost estimates.</li>
<li>Prepare, or ensure the preparation of, detailed cost estimates across all phases of design and construction.</li>
<li>Oversee the creation of quantity take-offs and cost evaluations based on design documents, construction drawings, specifications, and contract modifications.</li>
<li>Review and analyze cost estimates submitted by external consultants, providing recommendations on their suitability for implementation.</li>
<li>Participate in cost-related negotiations to support project planning and budgeting efforts.</li>
<li>Lead, assign, and review the work of team members involved in cost estimating activities.</li>
<li>Perform additional related duties as required.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>A minimum of eight years of relevant experience, with at least five years being in one or more estimating disciples such as architecture, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing.</li>
</ul>
Education: Bachelors' degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. #LI-Onsite #ZR
Salary$85,000—$110,000 USD

<li>Repair and Standard Maintenance: Resolve complex leak issues by applying advanced techniques while following the plumbing codes and public health &amp; safety standards rigorously. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times is mandatory.</li>
<li>Safety &amp; Compliance: Install and service backflow prevention systems to ensure water system safety and prevent contamination.</li>
<li>System Improvement: Manage plumbing system rerouting and installation for new construction and remodeling projects.</li>
<li>Client Consultation &amp; Service Excellence: Consult with clients to assess needs and deliver high-quality, effective plumbing solutions.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
