<li>Organized, focused, and hard-working</li>
<li>Problem-solving and “out-of-the-box” thinking skills</li>
<li>Able to lead or work independently within a team</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle</li>
<li>Non-smoker</li>
<li>Professional and respectful with clients</li>
<li>Takes direction well</li>
