Job DescriptionA Level Automotive Technician / Mechanic $5,000 signing bonus for qualified Technicians! Land Rover Huntington is looking for A Level Automotive Technicians to join our Service team in Huntington, NY! A Level Automotive Technician / Mechanic Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years working as an A level Automotive Technician </li>
<li>Land Rover experience preferred</li>
<li>Must have valid Driver's License</li>
<li>CDK &amp; Previous Automotive Dealership experience strongly preferred</li>
<li>Must have good attendance and time management</li>
<li>Must have a great work ethic &amp; be willing to join a winning team!</li>
</ul>
A Level Automotive Technician / Mechanic Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Visually inspect and document condition of vehicle based on customers’ requests or concerns</li>
<li>Conduct initial diagnostic testing to identify specific issues impacting vehicles</li>
<li>Perform more complex maintenance services on vehicles including (but not limited to) engine replacement, electrical work, transmission repair and more</li>
<li>Document all services and repairs performed to provide to service advisors and/or customers</li>
<li>Identify any additional recommendations for services and communicate with management</li>
<li>Communicate with other service staff and/or customers if additional services are required and ensure information is documented and outlined</li>
<li>Assist other service technicians or staff with questions to ensure accuracy and efficiency</li>
<li>Answer high-level questions posed by customers and service staff</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe service department</li>
</ul>
