The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician role is an integral part of the Maintenance department in maintaining the day-to-day operational activities. This role will work with our maintenance team to ensure machines are maintained with a high level of accuracy and reliability. Through supporting roll forming machines, shears and hydraulic and pneumatic punching equipment, mechanical presses, turrets and folders as well as electronic equipment, including input/output networks, PLC Support, variable speed drives, ranging from simple onoff controls to complex control wiring for product lines, with Hydraulic and pneumatics controls. Assist and carry out break down and preventative maintenance activities to ensure efficient uptime and quality of the Studco Building Systems product range.

Role and Responsibilities
 
Role Description:
The Parts Specialist is able to meet customers needs by accurately looking up automotive parts and sourcing availability to meet time constraints.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Maintain records of all sales and customer transactions and ensure compliance with company guidelines.</li>
<li>Coordinate with dispatch to meet promise times and know vendor warehouse pickup times.</li>
<li>Participate in various training programs to enhance knowledge of all parts, products, and processes.</li>
<li>Maintain all stock and marketing material the stores showroom.</li>
<li>Ability to determine mark up and maintain appropriate gross profit by company standards</li>
<li>Must be up to date on all current sales and specials.</li>
<li>Ensure maximum customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Maintain a professional appearance and neat and orderly work area</li>

Parts Specialist

Job DescriptionSalary: $25-35/hr 
WHO WE ARE:

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Diagnose, repair and maintain fire apparatus and emergency vehicles. Perform skilled work in maintaining automotive, medium and heavy duty trucks, to include all Fire Division and Rescue (EMS) Division vehicles, including small gas engines and other associated equipment.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Self-starter with positive can-do attitude
Knowledge of Diesel engines preferred
Valid class CDL B driver's license with Air Brakes or willingness to obtain within the first year
Knowledge of up-to-date methods of maintaining autos, trucks and emergency vehicles preferred
ASE and/or EVT certifications a plus
This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 7:30-4:00.
Starting rate $25-35/hr depending on experience and certifications
