Please be aware that while this position utilizes a hybrid model, three days a week are IN OFFICE, in NY, and this is not a remote position.
Compensation:
$130,000 - $160,000 yearly
Responsibilities:

<li>Learn the business as an Advisor</li>
<li>Complete the Fast Track program</li>
<li>Recruit, interview, and hire qualified financial professionals</li>
<li>Coach, train, and develop your current team of advisors</li>
<li>Build a team culture (hire and develop your advisors to maintain your team culture)</li>
<li>Continually grow and improve as a leader</li>
<li>Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner</li>
<li>Complete the program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner</li>
<li>Employ a comprehensive array of financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds, when presenting clients with solutions</li>
<li>Develop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands-on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals</li>
<li>Hone your skills and facilitate success as a manager by participating in our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program</li>

Qualifications:
Must have one of the following:
<ul>
<li>Executive or management experience</li>
<li>Previously owned a business</li>
<li>MBA or equivalent master's degree</li>
<li>Spanish, Portuguese, or other language fluency is beneficial</li>
<li>Working knowledge of cultural markets is helpful</li>
<li>Experience working in sales is required</li>
<li>Must have financial services industry and/or insurance industry experience</li>

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.</li>

Minimum Requirements:

<li>An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.</li>
<li>A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.</li>
