This role serves as a key position in the NBCU Local finance department. Book Management &amp; Profitability

<li>Strategically analyze assigned book of business to ensure revenue growth and account profitability.</li>
<li>Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities and gaps in coverage; coordinate with internal teams and producers to offer complementary insurance lines.</li>
<li>Monitor carrier performance, pricing trends, and market conditions to inform placement decisions and negotiate optimal terms.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely updates in AMS360 and all related systems for policy changes, notes, and documentation.</li>
<li>Identify underperforming accounts and create action plans to improve margins or address servicing issues.</li>
</ul>
Operational Excellence
<ul>
<li>Provide technical support and guidance to Client Managers and junior team members as needed.</li>
<li>Act as a subject matter expert and resource in internal planning sessions, special projects, or escalated client service issues.</li>
<li>Maintain strong knowledge of industry regulations, carrier appetites, and best practices in both P&amp;C and Life &amp; Health lines.</li>
<li>Ensure service delivery aligns with agency standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>7+ years of experience in insurance account management, with a demonstrated focus on complex commercial accounts.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of Property &amp; Casualty and Life &amp; Health insurance products, markets, and strategies.&nbsp; Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients and carrier partners.</li>
<li>Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen with the ability to manage book profitability.&nbsp; Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in AMS360 or comparable agency management systems.</li>
<li>Active insurance licenses in applicable lines (P&amp;C and/or L&amp;H) required.</li>
<li>Advanced industry certifications such as CIC, CRM, CPCU strongly preferred.</li>
