POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Full Time Senior IT Support Engineer, known internally as a Senior Information Services Advisor, to efficiently work in a Hybrid work environment. The Building Superintendent reports directly to the Director of Facilities Maintenance and Construction and is in charge of complying with all standard operating procedures and policies connected to the maintenance of the physical plant by all City, State, and Federal laws. As the key employee of the building operations, the Superintendent is essential to the longevity of all equipment and the aesthetic nature of the property, interior, and exterior.

Key Responsibilities:

The Wellsville Group (Ashley) – Carpet Town Carpet One is seeking a motivated &amp; customer-focused Flooring &amp; Carpet Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home improvement &amp; design, with the ability to assist customers in selecting flooring solutions that best fit their needs. Your role will involve direct sales, product consultation, &amp; creating a positive shopping experience for every customer.

What you’ll do…
<ul>

Greet &amp; assist customers in the showroom, providing expert advice on flooring options 
</li>
<li>
Educate customers on product features, benefits, &amp; maintenance 
</li>
<li>
Present product samples &amp; design ideas to help customers make informed decisions 
</li>
<li>
Generate &amp; follow up on sales leads, maintain customer relationships 
</li>
<li>
Process orders, manage inventory, &amp; ensure timely product delivery 
</li>
<li>
Work closely with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction 
</li>
<li>
Meet &amp; exceed sales targets &amp; contribute to overall store success 
</li>

Schedule Availability Able &amp; willing to work a full time schedule as described above
