The Studio Manager is responsible for driving introductory and membership sales, nurturing community partnerships and maintaining all functions of the studio. This is a full-time, on-site position that oversees studio operations to ensure continued success, you will mainly report to the Franchise Owner(s).
The Studio Manager should be committed to creating an easy and enjoyable experience for our clients. We’re looking for someone with a passion for community involvement, networking and growing our brand awareness through organic social media marketing. We are looking for someone to exemplify our mission and act as a Brand Ambassador for The Vital Stretch.

The Vital Stretch is an Assisted Stretch company that helps clients of any age, lifestyle or fitness level move freely and live fully. We have multiple studio locations in Fairfield County, Connecticut with plans to open operations across the US. Our proprietary method is rooted in clinical practice and sets us apart from competitors. Developed by our founders, a Physical Therapist and a Chiropractic Physician, The Vital Stretch Method uses dynamic movement, static holds, and press-and-release (PNR) stretching to provide a gentle, personalized and highly effective assisted stretch. We’re looking for a driven, enthusiastic and passionate person to join our growing team.
REQUIREMENTS
The Studio Manager must have the ability to convert first-timers into members, nurture client relationships and increase client retention.
<ul>
<li>1-2 years of fitness sales, membership sales or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>NASM certification in the Stretching and Flexibility Coach program</li>
<li>Certification through C-Developers as a lead VSPs</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to South Norwalk one-two times per week.</li>
<li>Ability to drive multiple revenue streams, including but not limited to, introductory clients, memberships, retail, add-on services.</li>
<li>Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess a situation and pivot accordingly.</li>
<li>Must be a self-starter, with the ability to independently guide a client through the sales funnel.</li>
<li>Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.</li>
<li>Must have solid written and grammar skills.</li>
<li>Must have some experience managing social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook.</li>
<li>Professional, punctual, and reliable.</li>
<li>Experience with G-Suite and studio softwares such as Club Ready is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>A passion for the fitness industry is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li>
</ul>
DUTIES
<ul>
<li>Attend events both in-studio and in the area, representing The Vital Stretch as both a studio manager and VSP</li>
<li>Fully trained in the Vital Stretch Method and leading the VSP team with oversight of the Method itself</li>
<li>Lead generation including GrassRoots Marketing and Networking</li>
<li>Manage staff schedules</li>
<li>Assist with Social Media Marketing</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio</li>
<li>Monitor studio technology, flagging any functionality issues to the appropriate team member</li>
<li>Plan and execute local events</li>
<li>Find new and maintain existing strategic partnerships with local businesses</li>
<li>Help promote sales by distributing print collateral to surrounding businesses</li>
<li>Supervise our Sales Associate(s) and Vital Stretch Practitioners (VSPc)</li>
<li>Independently make decisions related to high level customer service</li>
<li>Enforce our policies and procedures, ensuring all appropriate forms are signed</li>
<li>Ensure administrative supplies and branded collateral are stocked and displayed appropriately.</li>
<li>Manage appropriate marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.</li>
<li>Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions</li>
<li>Working with Co-Developers on setting monthly, weekly and daily targets for meeting the goals of the territory.</li>

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000-$67,000++
Benefits:

<li>We have secured area development rights in the NY tri-state area and will develop multiple studios. This position can grow into a GM role very quickly to manage multiple studios and hire studio managers/led VSPs. GMs manage their own territory and are responsible for the success of all studios within their territory.</li>

Summary/Objective
The Counter Sales Representative position is the face of sales and customer service for Noble Gas Solutions retail locations. This role reports to the Branch Lead and has no direct reports.
 
Essential Functions
• Solicit sales from walk-in customers and telephone call-in customers; assisting with identification of product needs and locating merchandise.
• Accurately complete and file all required paperwork on a timely basis. Document sales, quotes, or other information.
• Enter sales and quote data into TIMS and research information for customers using the computer systems.
• Receive payment for merchandise and services sold and enter sales into the computer.
• Responsible for payments received and adhering to administrative and accounting related procedures.
• Wrap and bag purchases and help customers load merchandise into their vehicles.
• Provide warehouse support for shipping and receiving, inventory stocking, cleaning, labeling, or other tasks.
• Restock store merchandise as needed. Arrange stock on shelves or racks in sales area and keep merchandise in order. Mark or ticket merchandise and conduct inventory counts as needed.
• Maintain working cylinder stock, generate transfers from Filling Plant and other branch locations.

• Maintain current price documentation and product literature as it becomes available.

Work Environment
This job operates in a plant/warehouse setting with some outdoor exposure during the workday; may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computer equipment, phones, scanners, and copiers.
