Nurse Practitioner

Sun River Health is currently seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join its busy team at our Bronx Blvd Health Center located in Bronx, NY. A Nurse Practitioner, under the direction of the of a physician, is responsible for planning, evaluating and delivering the health care of patients on assigned service. Emphases preventative health measures and education of patients. She/he will perform other duties as assigned and in compliance with systems and job specific standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities for a Nurse Practitioner:

A Medical Assistant helps patients and the clinical team at designated health center in support of medical care as directed by the nursing and medical staff and pursuant to the objectives and policies of the Center.
