<li>Lead the daily plant sanitation functions and manage sanitation employees to ensure compliance with quality and sanitation improvement processes.</li>
<li>Train all Sanitation Technicians on sanitation procedures and promote safety and food safety policies.</li>
<li>Plan and execute cleaning and sanitation activities to ensure readiness for production.</li>
<li>Monitor equipment conditions through preventive maintenance and inspections.</li>
<li>Create a continuous improvement environment by engaging in problem-solving and leading others to do the same.</li>
</ul>
What's Needed?
<ul>
<li>Completion of high school education or equivalent.</li>
<li>Bilingual ENG/ESP</li>
<li>Minimum of 2-3 years of sanitation experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>Knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft Office.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with GMPs, SSOPs, HACCP, and AIB.</li>
