Compensation &amp; Benefits
<ul>
<li>Sign-On Payment Eligibility: $250-$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120-day timeline for successful completion of company sponsored required FINRA licenses and registrations.</li>
<li>Stable Pay: After successfully completing PEP, you will be eligible to become a 20th Edition financial professional. Equitable Advisors supports you with biweekly stable pay for up to your first 24 months as a financial professional, empowering you to establish your career in wealth management. Stable pay is based on a structured 40-hour workweek with $32,400 annually.</li>
<li>Commissions and Bonus: In addition to Stable Pay, financial professionals are eligible to earn commissions and bonus.</li>

Financial Consultant

We are seeking a highly dependable, proactive, and resourceful Family Assistant to support a busy household in Westchester, NY. This role is a blend of nanny, personal assistant, and house management duties, supporting both the children’s needs and household operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, flexible, tech-savvy, and truly enjoys creating a smooth, well-run environment.
 
Job Duties Include:
 
Childcare Support:
<ul>
<li>Assist in the mornings to help get children ready and out the door for school</li>
<li>Provide afternoon support with school pickups (3:00 PM) and care until approximately 6:30 PM</li>
<li>Occasionally assist on evenings or weekends (e.g., birthday party drop-offs, short-term babysitting)</li>
</ul>
 
Household Management:
<ul>
<li>Manage grocery shopping, returns, and household errands</li>
<li>Coordinate and oversee household vendors (cleaning staff, landscapers, etc.)</li>
<li>Schedule and handle vet and grooming appointments for the family dog</li>
<li>Organize household items, supplies, and systems to maintain an orderly environment</li>
</ul>
 
Personal Assistance:

<li>Manage doctor appointments, insurance claims, and medical paperwork</li>
<li>Assist with travel planning, light booking, and itinerary support</li>

Job Qualifications Include:

<li>Prior experience in a similar role (nanny, personal assistant, house manager, or related)</li>
<li>Must have prior experience working with children ages 6 and up</li>

<li>Exceptionally organized, proactive, and resourceful</li>
<li>Comfortable running errands and driving children locally (must have a valid driver’s license)</li>
