Job Description
One of our clients is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Job Captain to join their team on Long Island. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the production of construction documents and coordinate architectural drawings from schematic design through construction administration.
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and internal team members to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
- Assist in code compliance reviews and quality control.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and coordination efforts with various stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation and project organization according to firm standards.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of architectural experience, ideally within a professional firm setting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; exposure to Revit is required.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
- Base building experience preferred, including ground-up or large-scale commercial/residential projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
