<li>Works in cooperation with all other facility employees to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents and staff. Exhibit an attitude of helpfulness, team spirit, and support to all team members.</li>
<li>Disposes of waste properly</li>
<li>Completes work in a timely manner</li>
<li>Dress in an appropriate uniform, be at the appointed workstation when the shift starts, and work consistently until the shift ends.</li>
<li>Demonstrates knowledge of and complies with the Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program when performing work functions.</li>
<li>Constantly maintains high-performance standards at work concerning personal behavior and interactions with staff, community, and residents under various conditions and circumstances. Reports perceived problems to supervisor. Contributes ideas to rectify identified problems and follows corrective actions as directed by the supervisor</li>
<li>Acts as a source of direction to visitors, staff, and external populations, i.e., delivery staff, vendors, etc.</li>
<li>Performs any other duties necessary as assigned by the supervisor.</li>

REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 18 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent preferred</li>
<li>Previous housekeeping experience preferred</li>
<li>A high degree of personal cleanliness and hygiene is required</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand work assignments, as well as report verbally and provide written documentation as necessary</li>
<li>Respect for residents’ privacy and rights; display of genuine concern and empathy for the elderly</li>
<li>Able to perform tasks while upholding high standards of quality, cleanliness, and kindness</li>
<li>Qualities of responsibility, diplomacy, and ability to work well with fellow staff members</li>
<li>Physical endurance for frequent activity</li>
