Your Impact: 
The Project Manager, Solar O&amp;M is responsible for the continuous improvement and pricing of operations and maintenance services for Pearce Renewables. The candidate will have strong interaction with external customers and internal stakeholders such as Sales, Business Operations, Field Operations, Procurement to drive growth and optimization of our SOLAR service offerings to the U.S. market. Must possess the ability to interpret customer requirements, match services to customer specifications/drawings, and ensure that the quote is technically compatible and competitive by communicating with the Field Operations team to determine/clarify project requirements. Understands, analyzes, documents, and communicates contractual, technical, and commercial terms and has a working understanding of bid strategies. This individual will present a quotation package with comments on exceptions and built-in value to customers to ensure quality output.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>5+ years of related project management experience with an electrical contractor, commercial/industrial experience.</li>
<li>3 to 5 years of relevant work experience with proven leadership skills. Deep understanding of product requirements management and general product knowledge as well as market knowledge and awareness of pricing strategies and unique selling propositions.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable in all areas of electrical installation including a working knowledge of contract documents, project estimates, construction, and maintenance specifications.</li>
