POSITION SUMMARY
The Security Officer will provide a safe and secure environment for the patients, visitors and staff of Wellbridge. This is accomplished by screening all people entering the facility via guard booth and stationary posts, performing routine roving patrol of the buildings and grounds, assisting with new patient entry, and monitoring cameras.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform roving patrol of the buildings and grounds as scheduled. 
Screen all visitors to the Campus at designated guard booths and stationary entry posts. 
Assist intake/admissions team with new patients to the campus: recording personal belongings, calming families using de-escalation techniques and assisting with physical restraint, as directed by medical personnel. 
Monitor security cameras and alarms, looking for unusual occurrences and situations 
Investigate reports of missing property, take information and file report internally. 
Enforce all campus safety policies and procedures: no-smoking, no contraband, no alcohol/drugs or paraphernalia. Assist medical staff with inspection of rooms, confiscation and appropriate logging and disposal of same. 
Maintain key control and access control on the Campus. 
Other duties as assigned. 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

<li>8 hour and 16 hour NYS Security Guard Program certification is required </li>
<li>Minimum high school diploma or equivalent </li>
<li>Valid, unrestricted NYS Driver’s License within Wellbridge standard. </li>

Position Summary: The Lead Supervisor supports the Operations Manager and oversees site supervisors across multiple locations. This role is responsible for ensuring janitorial services meet quality, safety, and contractual standards. The Lead Supervisor provides leadership, accountability, training, and hands-on support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Oversee and support site supervisors across assigned locations</li>
<li>Address performance issues promptly and follow up to ensure corrective action</li>
<li>Assist the Operations Manager with daily operations and special assignments</li>
<li>Conduct regular inspections of janitorial work areas</li>
<li>Review and verify supervisors’ inspections and performance assessments</li>

Qualifications:

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations and the Assistant to the Director of Operations, the Maintenance Supervisor will help ensure and achieve the highest level of safety within the residential homes. Ensures the best use of all of its maintenance staff, tools, equipment, systems and resources. Oversee and maintain effective, efficient, and professional management of all ILA’s properties. The Maintenance Supervisor must also be knowledgeable in training the current Maintenance personnel and Maintenance Mechanics in repairs and immediate corrections of any minor physical plant issues identified within the facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Monitors work in process to ensure conformance to contract, blueprints, specifications and company standards, schedule, workmanship and reviews and approves completion of all projects</li>
<li>Maintains company standards, policies and procedures for maintenance, including those regarding work procedures, annual inspections, scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting, shop inventory, shop organization, and standard costs</li>
<li>Responsible for completing payroll for assigned staff.</li>
<li>Provides reports on open and closed work orders and checks status with the appropriate party.</li>
<li>Must be available 24/7 in the event of an emergency within the facilities.</li>
<li>Dependent on the emergency, must be able to travel to the location to access and assist with needed supports</li>

Job Requirements:

<li>A minimum of 3 years working experience in construction or building management industries.</li>
<li>Bachelor degree from an accredited institution.</li>
