Position Overview:
You’ll be a key part of the on-site team, responsible for keeping the property in top condition. From completing work orders and unit turns to tackling repairs and preventive maintenance, you’ll help ensure residents enjoy a safe, comfortable home.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Make-readies and apartment turns</li>
<li>Routine and emergency work orders</li>
<li>HVAC repairs and preventive maintenance (certification a plus!)</li>
<li>Electrical and plumbing repairs</li>
<li>Appliance troubleshooting and repairs</li>
<li>Carpentry, drywall, painting</li>
<li>Groundskeeping and snow removal (seasonal)</li>
<li>Delivering exceptional customer service</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Must have your own tools</li>
<li>Authorized to work in the U.S.</li>
<li>Great attitude and dependable work ethic</li>
</ul>
