Essential Responsibilities:

Education and Experience

<li>Strong technical understanding of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of building codes, OSHA standards, and environmental regulations</li>
<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, CMMS software, and Microsoft Office Suite</li>

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the location's needs.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols around the location's premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.</li>
<li>Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activities encountered during patrols.</li>
<li>Collaborate with location staff and visitors to address concerns and promote a welcoming environment.</li>
<li>Complete detailed and accurate incident reports as required by Allied Universal and the location.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.</li>
<li>Proof of high school diploma or GED is required as stipulated by the client.</li>
<li>Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.</li>
<li>A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
