We are hiring two Leasing &amp; Recertification Specialists for the corporate office in the Bronx. This role directly serves a resident population where a significant portion are Spanish-speaking. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with residents, complete required documentation, and ensure all tenants have equitable access to services.
Key Responsibilities

Notify residents of upcoming income recertifications in both English and Spanish.
