What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing communications for the location, ensuring accurate relay of information to appropriate personnel.</li>
<li>Dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed to address incidents and/or routine activities throughout the location.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed logs and records of all communications, incidents, and dispatched activities.</li>
<li>Assist in coordinating response efforts during emergency situations and/or drills at the financial institution location.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with on-site staff and Allied Universal team members to help to deter unauthorized or suspicious activities.</li>
<li>Follow all protocols and procedures specific to the financial institution environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.</li>

Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.</li>
<li>Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.</li>
<li>A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.</li>
<li>Customer service experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Applicants who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>
