We are currently seeking a Program Coordinator to support our Learn &amp; Earn program at EPIC North High School. This position plays a vital role in empowering youth to succeed in high school while preparing for college and career pathways.
About the Learn &amp; Earn Program
Learn &amp; Earn helps students achieve high school success while preparing for postsecondary education and meaningful employment. Through academic support, job readiness training, internships, and mentorship, the program equips young people with the tools to thrive.
Position Overview
The Program Coordinator will assist in the implementation of the Work Learn Grow (WLG) component, coordinate internships, facilitate work readiness workshops, and maintain strong relationships with youth, families, and school partners. This role also includes data management and partnership development.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Coordination &amp; Youth Engagement

Data Management &amp; Reporting

Maintain accurate participant records in DYCD Connect and Salesforce.
</li>

Prepare reports on program engagement and outcomes for internal and external use.
</li>

Partnership Development

Help cultivate partnerships with businesses, community organizations, and educational institutions.

<li>
Assist in identifying and maintaining high-quality internship sites.
</li>

Additional Duties

Attend regular team meetings and professional development sessions.

Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the Program Director.

Qualifications
Required:
<ul>

Associate’s degree in education, social work, youth development, or related field, OR equivalent experience.
</li>

Minimum of 2 years of experience in youth development, workforce development, or educational programs.
</li>
<li>
Proficiency in DYCD Connect, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
</li>
<li>
Strong workshop facilitation skills.
</li>
<li>
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
</li>
<li>
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
</li>
</ul>
Preferred:

Experience with WIOA-eligible youth or similar populations.

We are looking for an efficient and highly trained or trainable APP who either wants to start or further their career in one of the Islands most highly regarded pain management practices. Prior experience in pain management or orthopedic settings is a plus. As a part of the practice you will work alongside Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, PA's and Chiropractors. Your experience with our practice will include managing patient medication, different injections including TPI, Botox, and joint injections, as well as diagnosing patients and ordering procedures for patients to have with our team of Doctors. We offer complete training on high-end ultrasound machines, and CME money to continue to grow and craft your skillset.
