Position Overview
This position reports to the Regional Head of Clinical Field Operations, the Clinical Manager is responsible for recruitment, training and management of Registered Nurses (RNs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Physician Assistants (PAs), ensuring effective collaboration, optimal staffing, and high-quality patient care delivery to Care at Home family members transitioning to home health care. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, performance monitoring, in partnership with the Community Care Manager, overseeing an interdisciplinary team to meet organizational goals, improve member outcomes, and provide exceptional patient care. The manager will also develop processes and policies to ensure members, and their families, receive timely and effective navigation support, both telephonically and in the field. Student Billing / Accounts Receivable
<ul>
<li>Manage and maintain student billing through Blackbaud Tuition Management and Financial Edge.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate entry of tuition, afterschool, summer camp, and incidental charges.</li>
<li>Works with the Admissions Office on preparation, registration and tracking of student enrollment agreements.</li>
<li>Set up and monitor family tuition payment plans; follow up on delinquent accounts with families.</li>
<li>Prepare journal entries required for all incidental billing, financial aid, tuition, and donations.</li>
<li>Reconcile student billing accounts and record general ledger entries in the accounting system.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality in all financial and family communications.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial procedures.</li>
<li>Support other business office functions and cross-train as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure availability and accuracy of business office forms.</li>
<li>Receive, apply, and report all payments accurately; confirm completeness of family and vendor account details.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial communication and processing.</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required.</li>
<li>Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, and/or financial operations.</li>
<li>GAAP accounting knowledge</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of General Ledger/Journal Entry preparation and reconciliation.</li>
<li>Experience with Blackbaud Tuition Management and Financial Edge strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Veracross system is preferred.</li>
<li>Understanding of non-profit/fund accounting and donor restrictions.</li>
<li>Familiarity with nonprofit or independent school accounting practices is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard business software.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities.</li>
<li>Organized &amp; detail oriented.</li>
<li>High degree of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.</li>
