Department Overview 
Community Access provides affordable housing and supportive services to individuals with psychiatric disabilities, histories of homelessness and substance use, families with histories of homelessness, and other low-income community members. 
Position Overview 
The Service Coordinator provides support services to assigned program participants, including assisting with defining personal, vocational and educational goals. The Service Coordinator helps program participants using a person-centered model that supports individuals in their recovery, hopes and opportunities. As an Service Coordinator, you are responsible for providing recovery oriented support services and outreach to assigned program participants; developing and assisting in implementing service plans determined by goals of program participants, including reviewing service plans with program participants, identifying progress and revising plan as needed; producing and maintaining thorough, accurate and timely documentation, including charts and documentation of interactions with program participants, services provided, important information and/or events; assisting program participants in advocating for quality care received from external service providers, including educating providers on special issues, etc.

The base pay for this position generally is between $18.00 and $29.52. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $9,360. The Barista will greet guests, take orders, prepare, and serve hot and cold beverages, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
This position has an hourly rate of $16.50 + Tips.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Greet every guest with a friendly smile, positive attitude and takes their order if necessary</li>
<li>Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks</li>
<li>Provide excellent service and build rapport with guests by learning names and favorite drinks</li>
<li>Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace</li>
<li>Stock and replenish supplies as needed</li>
<li>Answer guest questions about menu items and ingredients</li>
<li>Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines</li>
</ul>
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar restaurant or café setting</li>
<li>Positive, engaging, and energetic personality </li>
<li>Able to be organized, manage time wisely and work with little to no direct supervision </li>
<li>Very high attention to detail</li>
<li>Sensitive to cultural nuances </li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal on English</li>
<li>Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast paced environment</li>
<li>Excellent people skills and the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders</li>
<li>Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance as per company policies</li>
